  • Account & Contact Information: Name, email, password, company name, state, and industry when you create an account.
  • Contractor & Business Data: W-9s, COIs, invoices, attestations, and similar compliance documents you or your contractors upload.
  • Financial Connection Data: If you connect QuickBooks Online, Xero, or other accounting platforms, we may receive vendor names, disbursement records, and other transaction details as authorized by you.
  • Third-Party API Data: If you choose to connect financial institutions via Plaid, we never see your credentials. You grant Plaid permission to access account data, which is then shared with us under their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, OS, and log data when interacting with our Site or Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Services, including:

  • Delivering compliance tools and dashboards.
  • Processing disbursement reviews and audit simulations.
  • Sending administrative emails, reminders, and support responses.
  • Improving security, troubleshooting, and analytics.

3. How We Share Information

  • With Service Providers: Cloud hosting, storage, and communication providers under confidentiality agreements.

  • With Plaid: If you enable Plaid connections, data is transmitted securely and subject to Plaid’s terms.
